THE CHINESE RHENISH CHURCH HONG KONG SYNOD SOCIAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT

使命：實踐信仰，以基督的愛服務社群。

中華基督教禮賢會自1847年創立以來，一直致力以傳道、教育和福利工作服務社會，傳揚基督的愛。

因應社會上的需要，本會於1964年開辦葵涌診所及托兒所，隨後陸續拓展不同類型服務，包括幼兒服務、青少年服務、家庭服務及老人服務；而自2016年起本會社會服務部開始提供自資學前社會工作服務，讓更多服務使用者得到

所需服務。

The Chinese Rhenish Church was established in 1847 and has been serving the community in the love of Christ through preaching, education and welfare services. The Chinese Rhenish Church Hong Kong Synod commenced its welfare services in 1964 with a clinic and nursery in Kwai Chung in response to the needs of the society.

From then on, various types of social services were provided in response to the welfare policies of the government and demands from the community. Nowadays, we provide a wide range of welfare services including child care services, youth services, family services and elderly services. Since 2016, Social Service Department has established a self-financed preschool stationing service team, to serve and meet more service users' needs.

Vision: To provide high quality holistic service to people of different life stages, so that their spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical needs are being satisfied and fully developed.

承蒙社會福利署資助，於二零一九年八月一日起，與救世軍合辦推行「學前教育駐校社會工作服務計劃」，合共為

兩會轄下二十四間幼稚園/幼兒園提供為期兩年半的服務。透過每星期提供2-4天的專業社工駐校服務，能及早辨識並支援學前兒童、其家長、照顧者及教師的需要。

Thanks to the funding of the Social Welfare Department, commencing with the Salvation Army to implement the "Pilot Scheme On Social Work Service For Pre-Primary Institutions", a total of 2.5 years will be provided preschool social work service to 24 kindergartens/nurseries under the two associations. By providing 2-4 days of professional social worker stationing service per week, which aimed to identify and support the needs of preschool children, their parents, and carers early.
